Mission Statement

The Center for Academic Excellence (CAE) supports and advances academic performance and scholarship throughout the TCS Education System through innovative, cutting-edge programs and learning experiences. Through its Academic Support Center, CAE brings writing consultations and academic development opportunities to all students. CAE’s program, Foundations for Scholarship and Practice, supports excellence in written communications. The IRB and Dissertation Processing Office assists faculty and students in conducting and publishing the highest quality research. CAE offers diverse co-curriculum programming, from the Socratic Roundtable, a forum for critical dialogue, to the acclaimed lecture series Starting from Scratch and Storytelling in Psychology.
