Distinguished Alumnus/na of the Year Award

Welcome to the nomination process for the Distinguished Alumnus/na of the Year Award. Below you will see instructions about the nomination process. If you have any question contact David Miller at dmiller@thechicagoschool.edu.

Each year, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology recognizes a distinguished graduate with the Distinguished Alumnus(na) of the Year award.  The Chicago School Alumni Council selects the award recipient from a pool of candidates who have been nominated by Chicago School graduates, current students, faculty, and/or staff.  In addition, the Alumni Council periodically selects a graduate for the Lifetime Achievement Award.  We invite you to submit the name(s) of alumni whom, you believe, should be considered for this distinguished award.  Below you will find the guidelines used by the Council in making the final selection from the candidate pool.
