Saturday                     
8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday                     
12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

The Helpdesk on the Chicago Campus is located in room 618 at the 325 N Wells building

When you email us you will receive an automated reply. If you do not receive one within 15 minutes after submission, it is likely your issue did not reach us.  Please note:  Do not use the string "RE:" anywhere in the subject line as those messages are automatically ignored.

Outside of normal hours of operation,  in the event of an extreme IT related emergency, please call 312.379.1663 — this number will put you in touch with an Associate Vice President of Information Technology.
