Guide to Teaching on
Saturday
Teaching on Saturdays at TCSPP can get a little lonely, but
rest assured, with this guide, you will know exactly what to do!
Tip#1: I suggest having your mobile phone with you to call
the Help Desk (312-467-8600) easily
if you experience any technological issues
Tip#2: Make sure you have your TCSPP ID with you in order to
open electronic doors in stairways at 325 N. Wells and entry doors at the Mart
spaces. You can also use your ID on the
door to the right of the revolving door at 325 N. Wells to gain access before
or after hours on Saturdays (8:00AM-5:00PM).
Building Hours
325 N. Wells and the Mart spaces are technically open at
8:00AM. Again, be sure to have your
TCSPP ID on you to access these spaces.
Someone from the Facilities department should be at the
reception desks on the 4th floor of 325 N. Wells and the Mart
spaces. There are also phones available
at the reception desks. If your room is
locked, you need markers, your room is too cold or too hot, or any lights have
gone out, please 312-329-6600 or go to the nearest reception desk.
Library Hours
The Library (6th floor of 325 N. Wells) is open
from 8:00AM-5:00PM on Saturdays.
Using Copy Machines
Copy machines are located on the 3rd, 4th,
5th, 6th (in the Library), and 7th floors of
325 N. Wells, in the mailrooms on the 4th and 13th floors
of the Mart, and in the student lounge on the 4th floor of the
Mart. However, you will need your
academic department’s 4-digit code in order to use these machines.
Printing
Until we have an adjunct faculty workspace, the best places
to print are the computer labs on the 5th floor of 325 N. Wells and
the 4th floor of the Mart.
