Know Before You Go: Faculty Handbook for Study Abroad
This handbook provides a step-by-step guide to applying for study abroad, setting up your course, on-site responsibilities and policies and procedures.

Study Abroad Application: For consideration to lead a study abroad program, the following items are required. Please note the deadline to apply is September 15 of every year.
• Application
• Resume: send along with all other documents
• Budget: when completing, please refer to TCSPP Travel and Reimbursement Policies
• Syllabus and Itinerary
• Supervisor Approval
• D.O.S Travel Warning Country Addendum; Required if travel destination is on Department of State Travel Warning List
